Parktown Residence Launch Results in Brief

CapitaLand Development launched Parktown Residence on the weekend of 22 February 2025, after a public preview from 7 to 9 February that drew more than 10,000 visitors. By the end of the weekend, 1,041 of the 1,193 homes had been sold, about 87%.

This article sets out what those figures mean for a buyer today. The price list, reflecting the homes still available, is shared on request by the Sales Concierge.

The Preview Crowds at Parktown Residence

More than 10,000 visitors attended the three-day public preview, according to the developers’ release. A large preview does not guarantee sales, but it shows how much interest a new integrated development with its own MRT station drew.

The preview let buyers see the unit layouts and the Park East and Park West concepts before the launch, so many arrived on the weekend with a short list of types and blocks.

How Many Parktown Residence Homes Were Sold

Of 1,193 homes, 1,041 were sold over the launch weekend. That leaves 152 homes at that point, which is the figure the balance units chart is designed to track as sales continue.

Take-up of about 87% in a weekend is a feature of the launch, not a statement about later sales or prices. Each buyer should rely on the current price list and the sale and purchase agreement.

The Integrated Development Behind the Parktown Residence Launch

Part of the interest came from the podium. The homes of Parktown Residence sit above Tampines’ first fully integrated development, which brings a retail mall with a supermarket, an air-conditioned bus interchange, a hawker centre, a community club and the Tampines North MRT station on the Cross Island Line together in one place.

The station is scheduled by LTA to open by 2030 and connects to the development at basement 1 and level 1, so daily errands and the commute can start without crossing a road. The amenities page sets out each component.

The Parktown Residence Homes Left After the Launch

The 152 homes that remained after the launch weekend span the same range as the development as a whole, from one-bedroom + study layouts of 463 sq ft to five-bedroom premium homes of 1,679 sq ft, spread across twelve blocks of six to twelve storeys.

Availability has moved since then, and it differs by type, block and level. The distribution charts place each type by block and level, and the Sales Concierge confirms which homes are open today.

Reading the Parktown Residence Results Carefully

The results are the developers’ own figures as published on 23 and 24 February 2025. They do not predict later sales, rents or resale prices, and no such prediction appears on this site.

What they do show is how a launch of 1,193 homes looked at the end of its first weekend, which is useful context for a buyer deciding how much time to spend on selection.

Prices at a launched development are revised as sales proceed, and the list reflects only the homes still available. The figures in this article describe the launch weekend, not the current position.
