Tampines North MRT and Parktown Residence in Brief
Tampines North station, coded CR6, will sit on the Cross Island Line and connects directly to the podium of Parktown Residence at basement 1 and level 1. LTA schedules Phase 1 of the line, which includes the station, to open by 2030.
This article sets out what is confirmed, what the developer’s location map shows, and where the stops lead.
The Direct Connection at Parktown Residence
The developer’s brochure states that the MRT station connects to the development at basement 1 and level 1 through a future underground linkage. In practice, a resident walks from the podium to the station without crossing a road.
The bus interchange and the retail mall sit on the same podium, so the station is one part of a single transport and shopping hub.
The Cross Island Line Timeline at Parktown Residence
LTA announces the schedule for the line, and Phase 1 is expected by 2030. The developer expects vacant possession of Parktown Residence on 30 June 2030 and legal completion on 30 June 2033.
Because opening dates are set by the authority, they can change. The latest updates page records what is announced, and buyers should rely on LTA for the line itself.
