Inside the development, the 600-metre Forest Jogging Trail, the Firefly and Butterfly Trails and the Valley Grove add a garden walk before the front door.

Tampines Eco Green, about 1.18 kilometres from the site, is a 36-hectare green space of woodland, ponds and trails, and the developer’s map places it eight minutes away by bicycle. Sun Plaza Park, about 1.01 kilometres away, is six minutes by bicycle, and Bedok Reservoir Park about twelve. Sungei Api Api Park, about 1.74 kilometres away, and Pasir Ris Beach follow at about fifteen minutes by bicycle.

Cycling and Park Connectors From Parktown Residence

Tampines, Singapore’s first cycling town, adds some 13 kilometres of cycling paths by 2026, which the developer says brings the network to about 30 kilometres, alongside 18 kilometres of park connectors. A cycling bridge and underpass link the area to Pasir Ris and Simei.
