Tampines North and Other MRT Stations Near Parktown Residence

Parktown Residence is built around its own MRT station. Tampines North, on the Cross Island Line, connects to the podium directly, and the East-West and Downtown Line stations of Pasir Ris, Tampines and Simei serve the area in the meantime.

Tampines North Station (CR6) and Parktown Residence

Tampines North is the heart of the integrated development. The station, coded CR6, joins the podium at basement 1 and level 1 through a future underground linkage, so residents of Parktown Residence can reach the platform without crossing a road, and the retail mall, hawker centre and air-conditioned bus interchange sit on the same route.

LTA schedules Phase 1 of the Cross Island Line, which includes Tampines North, to open by 2030. The developer expects vacant possession of the homes on 30 June 2030.

What the Station Means for Parktown Residence

Few residential developments in Singapore are linked to an MRT station by design, and Parktown Residence is among them. The station gives the twelve blocks a second route to the city, one that avoids the expressways, and the bus interchange completes the network. The location page lists every distance from Parktown Residence, and the Tampines North guide describes the wider plan.
